Proper Posture for Strength Training

Do you ever wonder why you may feel low back pain after lifting weights? There is in fact a healthy posture we want when we are lifting verse when we are resting. There also is a correct way to brace your core or “keep control” during a lift. Our friends over at Mend Physical Therapy are going to lead us in an informative workshop all about the Proper Posture for Strength Training! Join us and keep that back safe!
