Be empowered by your choices! With this coaching membership, you will have an all access pass to The GLP, with unlimited group coaching sessions.

  • Unlimited Access to all Group Coaching Sessions, this includes Strength & Conditioning and Nutrition

  • 20-minute Individual Monthly Coaching Session to check in on your coaching plan.

Intention Coaching Membership ($279/month)

Lead with intention, a.k.a your values. With this coaching membership, you’ll receive an customized strength program and 2 hour-long coaching sessions.

  • You may schedule up to 2 hour-l ng coaching sessions each month to be used for strength, nutrition or lifestyle coaching sessions.

  • A customized strength program designed to support you with your specific goals, from Sport-Specific Training to Injury Rehabilitation.

  • Open access to utilize our community center during business hours. Get some movement in, hang with your GLPeeps or
