amy raddatz (she/her)

Amy has lived in Colorado all of her life. She is an emergency department RN. Amy has a wonderful husband and her immediate family is all local as well, which she is so grateful for.

When not working or at the GLP, Amy likes reading just about anything she can get her hands on, undertaking a new craft/house project, or playing with her dogs, Angus and Ozzy.

Amy lives her golden life through her values of meaningful work, reciprocity, and commitment. She is excited to be a part of leadership and for the opportunity to give back to the GLP community.

Holly Dunn (she/her)

Originally from Ohio, Holly moved to Colorado in 2019 for sunshine, mountains, and outdoor adventures! She lives in Lafayette with her wife, daughter Haven (frequent GLP cheerleader), and their two dogs.

Holly is currently part of Product at The Trade Desk, thriving on lifelong learning and solving complex problems with tech.  She lives her Golden Life through the values of kindness, positivity, and achievement—whether in the gym, on the trails, or picking out some new flowers for her garden ;).

Excited to contribute to the GLP in a new way, Holly looks forward to giving back and deepening connections with the community.

Jeb Qualls (he/him)

Originally from west Texas, Jeb moved to Colorado in 2005 with a lot of hope and no plan whatsoever. He currently finds himself in the role of a manufacturing test engineer, putting his values of consistency and quality to work.

Jeb lives his Golden Life by lifting (heavy things at The GLP), gaming (video, board, TTRPG), reading (mostly fantasy or space opera), or crafting some new project (tube amps, dice trays, ukuleles, or rotary phone message machines).

Jeb is excited to see how this new role will push him to grow, create deeper connections, and give back to his wonderful GLP community.

Megan Spirk (she/her)

Meet Megan Spirk, a Pennsylvania native turned Colorado enthusiast since 2013. With a Bachelor's in Elementary Education, a Master's in Exercise Science, and a certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Health Coach, Megan's all about holistic wellness.

Passionate about sharing the belief that health is our greatest wealth, Megan educates others on safeguarding their well-being. As a GLP leader, she champions community, acceptance, and integrity as the essence of human connection.

Outside her wellness mission, Megan loves hiking with her dog, Zebi, globe-trotting, and embracing personal growth opportunities.

Sarah Schindhelm (she/her)

Sarah was born and raised in Colorado. She grew up in the mountains far from humans and is making up for lost social life by doing all the things. Sarah loves learning and solving problems collaboratively with other people and getting out of her comfort zone. She values authenticity, acceptance and usefulness.

Sarah is probably out dancing, making art, designing spaceships, playing with her kids, or rocking out in her band. But every chance she gets she returns to her happy place by sneaking out in nature, even if it's just the trees by the skatepark on her walk home from the GLP.

Sonia Bertek (she/her)

Born and raised in Minnesota (Go Twins!), Sonia moved west to Colorado in 2014. She is mom to the very energetic and opinionated 5 year old Henry and bonus mom to future train conductor, 15 year old Smith.

In Sonia’s free time she loves spending time in the GLP gym, reading fiction novels, binge watching the latest Netflix or AppleTV+ series and trying out new recipes in the kitchen with her husband. Sonia lives her golden life through her values of gratitude, accountability and respect.
