The Exploratory Intake session

The Exploratory Intake Session is a one-time, 90-minute session with the Head Coach. We will work together to define your best life, design your coaching plan, set your goals, complete your movement assessment, etc. From there, we will map out the best journey for you - including frequency of sessions, along with, which coaching pillar to lead with.

Homework & Task-tracking

Homework is often assigned in between sessions. These may include, goal tracking sheets, lifestyle charts, problem solving worksheets, etc. 

Please note, while we may focus on one specific goal in one area of your life, you may begin to notice changes in other areas of your life. I call this the trickle effect.  

Session & package Prices

Exploratory Intake Session (90-minutes) $120

Single Session $120

Five-Session Package $570

Ten-Session Package $1,080

Twenty Session Package $1,920

Sessions offered virtually or at The CCC for all three coaching pillars and are 60 minutes in duration. 

The cost of the session includes: Preparation for the session, a detailed session recap, assigned homework and/or task tracking, email follow-up and communication with coach.

Coaching Pillars

For Strength & Conditioning, these sessions will include a variety of movements and exercises to address your specific goals and areas of opportunity in your movement patterns. While in session, we will also discuss your progress toward your fitness goals and determine tasks to complete in between sessions that will assist you towards your goal. 

For Lifestyle & Nutrition, we will meet to work our way through a nutrition coaching process specifically designed to progress you toward your goal. These sessions will also include a variety of discussions and exercises to hone in on your opportunities for progression, as well identify a task(s) to complete in between sessions that will assist you towards your goal.

For Motivation & Goal-Setting, we will first look to take a values-based approach to finding motivation and/or designing a new goal to work toward. Once goals are set, our sessions will then serve to progress you toward that goal. These sessions will also include a variety of discussions and exercises to hone in on your opportunities for progression, as well identify a task(s) to complete in between sessions that will assist you towards your goal.
