As part of the Strength & Conditioning coaching program, you may choose from individualized coaching, group coaching or a combination of both! Don’t have time to travel to a gym? All of these options are available remotely, meaning you can complete your custom-written workouts at home and when you travel!
Individualized Coaching Sessions will include a variety of movements and exercises to address your specific goals and areas of opportunity in your movement patterns, whereas Group Coaching Sessions will begin with a group coaching exercise and discussion, and then we hit the mats for a workout! We'll address your specific power, speed, strength, agility, endurance and stability needs to further progress you toward your fitness and health goals. This action-packed hour will prime your mind and body to live your best life.
