One of the most proven methods for supporting improved sleep quality, falling asleep faster, and staying asleep longer, is to practice a Pre-Sleep Ritual.
In this workshop, one of our very own GLPeeps and soon-to-be-coach, Shani, will teach you the basic mechanics of sleep and methods for tracking sleep quality. She will introduce and explore a whole menu of options to help you build a customized pre-sleep ritual for yourself. Finally, Shani will send you off with individual action plans for implementing your new ritual.
