We will begin your Golden journey with an initial intake session. This one-hour session will allow us to uncover what it is specifically that you are looking to achieve, as well as determine the most ideal coaching offer to get you there.
The intake session will begin with an assessment of your current health and fitness regimen. What you are currently doing, what you’ve done in the past; what’s worked; what has not worked. What you foresee as obstacles toward your goals. We will also assess your current home gym access, the equipment available and your desired schedule.
Next, we will enter into a goal-setting process. We will first uncover what it is that is most important to you when it comes to your health and fitness, and from there set small, measurable goals, with associated tasks to complete.
We will conclude the intake session with a brief movement assessment (yes, the workout!). This will help me to understand your strengths, weaknesses and limitations that, along with your identified goals, will help me to write an individualized fitness program just for you.
Following the Initial Intake Session, we will work together to determine the need for Personal or Remote coaching. Both options are offered either in-person or virtual, regardless of your proximity to Louisville, CO (where I currently reside).

Following the Initial Intake Session, we will work together to determine the need for Personal or Remote coaching. Both options are offered either in-person or virtual, regardless of your proximity to Louisville, CO (where I currently reside).
Personal Coaching is personal training. We will meet weekly (again either in-person or virtually) to complete the fitness program designed specifically for your goals and needs. Personal coaching sessions may be 30 minutes or one hour in duration.
These regularly-scheduled sessions will include a variety of movements and exercises to address your specific goals and areas of opportunity in your movement patterns. While in session, we will also discuss your progress toward your health and fitness goals and your determine tasks to complete in between sessions that will assist you toward your goals.
Remote Coaching is a fitness program designed just for you to complete on your own time. You will receive the weekly individualized program each Sunday, as well as an updated Movement Library with videos for every movement prescribed in your program.
You will provide feedback upon completion of the weekly program, so I may determine the prescription for the following week. I will also ask that we meet (either in-person or virtually) for check-in sessions to discuss your progress toward your goals, as well as like and dislikes in the current programming.
Your happiness and satisfaction, and ultimately your success, is my number one priority.

Phase One will focus on health lifestyle. I require that all my clients maintain an 80% compliance with basic health lifestyle factors, which include sleep, water and mindful eating.
Phase Two is entitled “Designing Your Plate.” We will work together to incorporate the necessary macronutrients into each meal.
Finally, Phase Three will pivot toward your daily caloric intake. We will work together to determine your daily caloric budget, that aligns with your goals and need nutritional needs.
Again, your success in this process is my number one priority. I will always be available to you as a resource.
